The AIBE 19 exam pattern 2024 outlines the structure and format including, test mode of AIBE 19 exam, the types of questions asked, the marking scheme, language options, and other details. Yes, candidates can apply for AIBE exam even if they have not enrolled with any state bar council. Earlier, it must be noted that candidates were not allowed to appear without it. However, as per the recent BCI Notification, candidates who do not possess enrolment certificates, as well as those currently in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degre course with no backlogs from previous semesters are now allowed to appear for the upcoming AIBE.

The BCI will begin the AIBE 19  Application process for candidates who do not have an enrollment certificate, and are in the final semester of  3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course on September 25, 2024. AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 is currently underway. Candidates can apply for AIBE 19 Exam on or before November 15, 2024.

The SC has given nod to the final-year law students to appear for AIBE 19 (XIX) Exam 2024. The Apex Court passed the interim order while hearing a plea challenging the AIBE 19 Eligibility Criteria 2024 announced along with the AIBE 19 Notification 2024. The BCI in its notification earlier restricted the final year students from appearing in AIBE Exam 2024. However, now with Apex court order, final year students will be allowed to appear in the exam.
