The AIBE exam is conducted in offline mode where 100 objective type of questions are asked. There is no negative marking in the exam. As per the AIBE exam pattern released by BCI, the candidates are allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes. The AIBE exam was previously conducted as an open-book exam, but from the AIBE 16 session onwards, only Bare Acts without short notes are allowed.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India. The examination is not conducted separately by state bar councils. If you have enrolled under the West Bengal Bar Council, you can still take the AIBE examination from any designated examination center across India, including Hyderabad. It's important to check the official AIBE website or contact the authorities to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on exam centers and eligibility criteria.
