Unfortunately admissions to IITs for B.Tech courses are based on the IIT JEE advanced for which, mathematics in 11th and 12th is a must .Since you're a PCB student, and you're really keen in pursuing a B.Tech in biotechnology, you could give entrance exams (PCB) for other Universities like VIT which also offers a very good B.Tech programme for biotechnology.
