Students have to do a 1-year mandatory internship. After the internship, our college offers a house staff ship programme in different departments of a hospital.he Calcutta National Medical College gives admission to a total of 250 students in the MBBS course through AQI and SQ. After passing the MBBS, they are eligible to appear for the posts like a medical officer and RMO in public or private health care.Around 250 students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Dams, Marrow, Prepladder, and eGurukul. Almost 90% of students got internships from our course. The role offered was general physician.Most of the students get selected for Housestaffship and rest apply for General duty reserve medical officer and prepare for post graduation.
