It offers courses among 20+ departments. If you talk about good or bad then -Advantages- First of all, Deoghar (Jharkhand) earlier didn't had good medical facilities. So there is load of patients and variety of patients. It is a very good advantage for students. Labs in AIIMS Deoghar are well-equipped for every branch. Hostel facilities are much better. Disadvantage - As the construction of AIIMS Deoghar started late so the classes are not conducted in any government college but they are conducted in PTI (panchayat training Institute) Library are not of that standard which other AIIMS have. AIIMS Deoghar is one of the most least preferred AIIMS.
