Yes, you can get into AIIMS Gorakhpur with 70% in class 12th as the basic requirement is 50% or more marks in 10+2 with recognised establishment. MBBS admissions will be based on NEET scores conducted by NTA so the candidate in order to secure a chance at AIIMS institution must have a minimum score of 50%  which is  for General/ EWS category and 40% in Sc/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates.

AIIMS Gorakhpur has started its first batch in 2019 that would pass out next year. Being a newly established University the information of placement is still not know. But the stipend for Internship has been increased to Rs 23,500 pm from Rs 17,900 pm. During internship students get around 18000–20000 rupees.
