Yes, you can get admission to AIIMS Gorakhpur for MBBS with 60% in class 12th but now you need to focus on you NEET score. As for the last year's cutoff - For SC and ST, you need 40 percentile cutoff ( 136-107 marks) in 2023 examination. For OBC-PwD you need 40 percentile cutoff ( 120-107 marks) in 2023 examination. For General and EWS PwD you need at least 45 percentile cutoff ( 136-121 marks ) in 2023 examination. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal was established in 2012 while AIIMS, Gorakhpur was established way later in 2019 as a part of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is difficult to establish a point of comparison between a decade-old institute and a newly established one. However, both colleges are doing well in terms of placements and internships.

The cutoff trend for MBBS at AIIMS Gorakhpur has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for MBBS under general category for all India quota was 4518. In 2023, it decreased to 2600. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 67470 to 30836 for SC. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
