The following is the eligibility criteriea for the 12th pass students to apply for AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Nagpur: -Age: 17 years as on December 31 of the year of admission. Qualification: 12th or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as one of the main subjects. Marks: Minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) is required. - Entrance Exam: AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination (online). Yes, it is quite hard to get admission to AIMS as the cutoff is very high for securing a seat in AIMS. The score should be around 700 out of 720 to secure admission to AIMS. The admission criteria are strictly based on the score of the NEET exam. The Institute is also ranked as the Institute of National Importance. The candidates after giving the NEET Exam need to check the merit list of the college and after clearing the exam the candidates are required to pay the counselling fees and then they are eligible for counselling. After, the counseling rounds candidates can secure their seats by paying the fees.
