Candidates applying for undergraduate courses in AIIMS do not have to register themselves separately for every course. The Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility allows candidates to use the same registration ID and password to apply for multiple courses in the institute. In this system candidates will have to register twice. At the first stage of registration, no application fee payment is involved. AIIMS Bhubaneswar admission to MBBS and BSc (Nursing) programme is based on national-level entrance exams such as NEET-UG and AIIMS BSc Nursing Entrance Exam, respectively. The institute offers MBBS and BSc (H) Nursing as part of the academic programmes.The eligibility criteria for the AIIMS Paramedical 2025 exam will be to secure 50- 55% marks (for General/EWS/OBC) or 45-50% marks (for SC/ST) in 10+2 qualifying exams or equivalent. Students must study English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics (as applicable) in 10+2.

According to the AIIMS paramedical exam pattern, there will only be multiple choice questions in the examination. No objective-type questions will be asked in the exam. The exam will be held in online mode and candidates would be required to choose one options among the four choices provided in the question paper. Overall, there will be 90 questions for which 90 minutes will be allotted to the candidates.

While filling out the AIIMS paramedical application form 2024 the candidate's image specification should be 50 kb – 100 kb, for the Signature it should be 20 kb – 100 kb, and for the Thumb Impression the image size should be 20 kb – 100 kb. All the images should be in jpg/jpeg/gif/png format to be uploaded at the application portal.
