The AILET eligibility criteria for the LLM programmeme are as follows:Educational Qualification:Candidates must have obtained an LLB degree or a graduation degree in any stream from a recogniseed university.Minimum Marks:General & OBC: Minimum of 50% marks in the graduation degree examination.SC/ST/PwD: Minimum of 45% marks in the graduation final examination.Appearing for Final Year LLB:Candidates who are appearing for their final year/semester of the LLB programmeme in the year of the AILET exam are also eligible to apply. The candidates applying for AILET 2024 should check the eligibility criteria for their selected course as under: B.A. LL.B. (Hons) - The candidates applying for the undergraduate course of NLU Delhi should be passed or appearing in the Class 12 or equivalent examination. They should have obtained at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination. LL. M. - Candidates should have passed or appeared in the final examinations of a five-years or three-years LL.B. Degree.
