Candidates must note that the AILET Exam 2025 has negative marking too. The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 Mark. Candidates must be very careful while attempting the questions paper of AILET 2025. Candidates are advised to solve mock tests and previous years' question papers to get hand on things. Candidates must keep track of time while practicing for AILET 2025 exam.

No changes have been made in AILET yet, and it will be the same as last year syllabus. The major changes were made in AILET 2022 BA LLB and LLM syllabus only. For instance, the BA LLB question paper will now have only THREE sections (instead of five). The weightage of the three sections has also changed. In the case of LLM, the modified syllabus will have questions from two sections. Also, the tie-breaker procedure has been updated.
