UGAT scorecard will be released by AIMA in the last week of June 2025, tentatively. The UGAT 2025 exam will be conducted on June 14, 2024, in the paper-based test mode. Candidadtes who appear for the exam can check their UGAT scorecard online using their login credentials. The scorecards will be available only on the official website. The scorcards will be out for all courses under the UGAT exam.

After the UGAT result declaration, candidates should download their scorecards and participate in counseling process as per the schedule. During counseling, they must fill out their course and college preferences based on their rank. Document verification is essential during counseling. After seat allotment, candidates need to pay the admission fee to confirm their admission. Finally, they should report to the allotted institute within the specified date to complete the admission process. No, after the UGAT exam is cleared, candidates will have to go through for further selection procedure conducted by the participating institutes. The UGAT scores are accepted various colleges and universities. Candidates need to meet the cutoff criteria of the participating institutes to take admissions. The admission process includes Written Ability Test (What), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). Other factors such as academic record, work experience, etc. are also considered for admission to various institutes which accept UGAT scores. Under Graduate Aptitude Test UGAT is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA BCA BHM B.Com etc. UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes / colleges / universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates.
