Not following your question - may be you are asking about registration date to get admission for MS course –answer, is you will have to registered and get your application confirmed with DTE through which as per cap round we take admission for university course i.e. MS.

There are no such books that can make you a topper. Toppers don't ask questions like these. The correct question will be- How much dedication you can show while studying for the NEET or Mains exam. Books can only help you in guiding you. Apart from that, the whole journey of your success depends upon your hard work alone.
The books that you have mentioned in the question are also very good books and you can go for the, as well.

I will advise you to go for AIMS rather than Alliance because AIMS not only prepare students for campus placements, but they also help students to become an entrepreneur as they have an entrepreneur cell in the college. Academically, AIMS is better as they help students to get their goals. There is a placement cell which helps students to get their dream job in reputed companies with good salary packages.
