You need to first check if you are eligible for B.Sc nursing or not if you apply for AIMS Patna which was already Released the date of application and maintenance the name in list cut off list.
Candidate must have passed/appeared in the 12th Class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and has a minimum mark 55% for Gen/EWS/OBC and 50%
The minimum cutoff score to qualify for admission into AIIMS for a B.Sc in nursing is 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC categ

12th Syllabus is enough to qualify the entrance. You have to go through your NCERT books thoroughly for getting a good rank for getting admission at AIMS.
