Air Hostess eligibility

The minimum eligibility criteria for working as an Air Hostess or Flight Steward is a 10+2 Diploma in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts) with English as a subject. The minimum educational requirement is a 10+2 Diploma. Having said that, graduates or Diploma holders are typically preferred by airlines.

Hello, The basic limit for eyesight acceptable is +/- 0.5 to +/- 1.5 for most of the airlines. If you have high power then I recommend you to go for Lasik surgery at reputed clinic/hospital and go for interview of cabin crew/air hostess after 6 months. The course fee is between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1,50,000 depending on the course and the institute. Dear No, completing Diploma just after 10th standard won't fetch you an air-hostess job. In order to become an air-hostess you must complete your 12th standard from a recognised university. Whereas, some airlines prefer candidates who have completed their graduation.
