Eligibility to become an air hostess:
For the admission in air hostess program, the candidate should have the following:
Age Limit: Candidate age limit within 17 years to 26 years. Height: Minimum 5 ft and 2 inches with balanced weight. Status (Martial): Unmarried (Not all airlines have this condition).

-One needs to pass plus two/ or a graduate degree with a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management.
-The aspirant must be eligible to hold an Indian Passport and should be below twenty-five years of age with a minimum height of 157.5 centimeters. The weight should be in proportion to height.
-One must be unmarried, with normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in each eye.
-Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of an international language is an added advantage.
* Personal Attributes :
Common sense, sense of responsibility, initiative, friendly outgoing per

You could be eligible for ground staff or ticketing, however, the cabin crew post requires at least 5 feet and 3 inches height for females.

For air hostess training, the eligibility criteria is class 12th. There is no other requirement. Your height should be minimum 150 cms and weight should be around 45 to 50 Kgs as per BMI. To get admission in this course, you have to apply in institutes like:
1. Frankfinn.
2. Jet Airways Training Academy.
The admissions are taken in month of April, August and December in these institutes.

General eligibility criterion for Air Hostess in majority of airlines is as follows:10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 yearsMin height required is 157.5 centimetres and weight should be in proportion to heightGood Communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be good additional qualification.

To become an air hostess, you need to meet the certain criteria required by airlines like height, weight, clear skin, communication skills, etc. For airport ground, they just need graduates or undergraduates with good communication skills and well-groomed personality.
