To become an air hostess, you need to meet the certain criteria required by airlines like height, weight, clear skin, communication skills, etc. For airport ground, they just need graduates or undergraduates with good communication skills and well-groomed personality.
I would suggest you some names, which are providing good training with job placement like IGIA, AHA and IAHM.

If you think that you are a cabin crew material, you can apply for all the available vacancies with the airlines. If you get selected, they train you in any case. Airlines do not trust on the training acquired from institutions. The only help you get from the institution is that of the interview dates.
In the interview, no airline will ask you any questions about safety, first aid or services because they are airline specific, when it comes to service. But yes, if you are an experienced crew, be ready to answer a few technical ones. In your case they judge you on your personality, grooming, communication and BMI.

Hi,
I would suggest you to first try hands giving some walk in interviews conducted by airlines. If you have what is required to be a cabin crew, you will be hired. Being confident, good communication skills, dressing sense, height, clear complexion are few of the basic requirements. Good luck!
