. Since it requires a lot of physical and mental stability, one gives more attention towards their fitness, You have to be fit to perform your duties, every day. Gender ratio of females versus males for cabin crews is definitely different in Indian Carriers as compared with carriers from abroad. A lot depends on availability of talent pool and the socioeconomic conditions of population strata in countries. In India females are considered fit for the job to be serving to people.
