The eligibility criteria for air hostess:
One needs to pass plus two/ or a graduate degree with a Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management. -The aspirant must be eligible to hold an Indian Passport and should be below twenty-five years of age with a minimum height of 157.5 centimeters. The weight should be in proportion to height. -One must be unmarried, with normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in each eye. -Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of an international language is an added advantage. Minimum Height: Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms.
Weight: In proportion to height.
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply.
Physical features: Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight.
Marital Status: Unmarried.

Flight attendents ensure that emergency equipment is working, there is cleanliness, adequate supply of food and beverage. Cabin crew provide excellent customer service which ensures their comfort and safety. Air hostess are also called flight attendents who are responsible to demonstrate the safety procedure.

The answer is yes and no because it depends totally on airlines policies. Yes, you can take the training but placement totally depends on airlines policies because mostly eligibility criteria is unmarried when selected for the job.
