For joining International airline you should either be experienced or you should justify their requirements in all aspects. Foreign airlines like Qatar, Emirates, Etihad, Oman Air, Malaysian Air, etc. Accept cabin crew from Indian origin also. But the standards are set as per their regulations. I would suggest you to firstly join some Indian air career and after you gain some experience you can switch to foreign operators.
