Yes, you can. Diploma is based on your 12th and 10th mark. So, if you have successfully completed both 10th and 12th then you can apply for Diploma.

To become an air hostess, the eligibility criteria for an Air-hostess-training programme:
-One needs to pass plus two/ or a graduate degree with a Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management. -The aspirant must be eligible to hold an Indian Passport and should be below twenty-five years of age with a minimum height of 157.5 centimeters. Jet Airways Cabin Crew Requirements
Age: 18 and 27 years.
Minimum Height: Men 170 cm, Women 157 cm.
Weight: In Proportion to height.
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2).
Physical features: Pleasing personality and good eyesight.
Marital Status: Unmarried.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi.
So, if you are 19 years old, then you are eligible, but still please contact jet airways helpline to confirm .

Aviation is not a specific course. Aviation has many branches. Such as Air Navigation Service, Cabin Crew/ Air Hostess, Cargo Management, Flying/ Pilot Training, Ground Services, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Avionics.
