Hence, I'm afraid you might not be in a position to apply for Cabin Crew profile. There are some relaxations although for those who belong to Northeastern parts of India.
You will have to check that with the airlines itself. It is mentioned in the recruitment advertisement!

10+2 with a degree in hospitality, or another graduate degree.
Height: A minimum of 155 centimetres, weight proportionate to the height for girls.
Height: A minimum of 170 centimetres, weight proportionate to the height for boys.
Eligible for an Indian passport.

The general eligibility criterion for an air hostess in a majority of airlines is as follows:
(a) 10+2 cleared from a recognized board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.
(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years.(c) Min. height required is 157.5 cm and weight should be in proportion to height.(d) Good communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English.
Foreign language certification will be a good additional qualification.

Scars can be from chicken-pox marks, stitches, cuts or burns.
If you have any marks on your face, neck, arms or legs, you need to see if they can be concealed with make-up, masked by hair or hide.
If you can do that, the scars should not be a problem
Scars can fade in time with laser treatments or by using ointments such as Bio-oil.
Small birth marks are fine. Larger or darker, that must not be visible while wearing the uniform.
