However, in recent years, there has been a concerted effort to address gender discrimination and promote diversity within the industry. While significant progress has been made, it would be inaccurate to claim that there is no gender discrimination in aircraft maintenance engineering. Despite efforts to promote inclusivity, challenges and biases still exist.Gender Diversity in Aircraft Maintenance EngineeringThe aviation industry has traditionally been male-dominated, and this trend has extended to aircraft maintenance engineering. Hello Manjit Choudhury, aircraft maintenance engineering course is in many places a graduation course with the award of degree of BSC but at many places it's equivalent to a diploma. Be that as it may the way the civil airlines industry is expanding in the country there will be enough jobs for all those who pass out with the required skills which a student can obtain with this course. Of course I am sure you must be knowing and you must have cleared the exam of licensing which is conducted by DGCA before you are allowed to work on an aircraft. Best wishes to you.

Hello Md Rakib Islam, aircraft maintenance engineering course is actually a misnomer and the student gets a degree of BSc and not BE or BTech. Definitely you can think of doing aeronautical engineering course which will be another 4 years of studies for you. Presently in India there are lots and lots of opportunities for getting a job after the course that you have done. I am saying this because as per the reports, different airlines in India are going to procure close to 1000 aeroplanes in future years. This will require a large number of trained manpower like the training that you have obtained. On the other hand in India, at least f
