Hello Jyoti,
Aircraft maintenance courses are basically designed keeping in mind commercial aircraft and students normally get DGCA licence after course. I would advise you to select anyone that is convenient to you.

After 12th you can go directly for B.Tech in AME and you can also do it after your Diploma.

Yes, it's a good course. You are asking for some different from engineering. But the opportunities after completing this are much less. So think about it.
