The aircraft maintenance engineering is not a degree or a Diploma course, but a training programme. On completion of the training, a licence is issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). During the training, lessons are imparted for service and maintenance of aircraft so as to ensure flight safety. You can check your eligibility to apply for an A.M.E. Course after B.Sc. From the criteria mentioned below:
the eligibility criteria for 4 years A.M.E. Course. Candidate Must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) or Three Year Diploma in any branch of Engineering
B.Sc after 10+2 with maths, physics, and chemistry. In order to get a Government or private job, the candidate must have an A.M.E. Yes, you are eligible for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course the qualification for admission in the AME course is a candidate must have 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board or university or 3 years diploma of engineering is also acceptable. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a four years license based program approved by The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
candidate can apply for the national level entrance exam of AME CET to get admission and scholarship so good for your career in AME.

Education : Graduation (min 3 years) in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Maths and Physics as subject at 10+2 level B.E/ B. Tech from a recognized University with min 60% marks. Age Limit : 20 to 24 years

Hello Tanmoy,
Upon completion of 4 years' degree course, you are trained and qualified to design and test aircraft, engines and related equipment. After graduation, you may continue further studies, and do MS/M.Tech Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineer, and thereafter you can do Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral programme.
On the other hand, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a 3 year's optional vocational training course approved by DGCA Director General of Civil Aviation.
