This and all similar institutions have a syllabus that is set by the University since it's the university which will be giving degree of BSc in AME. No, you can't as in that for the aircraft maintenance course, you have to score a minimum of 75% marks in your class 12 no matter whatever your score is in class 10.

Eligibility criteria:
This is a technical course. Students who have passed 10+2 science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible to pursue this course. Diploma holders (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) are also eligible to pursue it.
Note: Minimum marks criteria may vary from one institute to another. Candidates should also be physically and mentally fit.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course is a three-year degree course leading to the degree of B.Sc. After this once you clear liscence exam conducted by DGCA, you are authorized to work as a maintenance engineer on a commercial aircraft. Basic eligibility for the course is class 12th with PCM and admissions are based on marks obtained in 12th exam. Presently in India, this course has a lot of scope of employment.
