You are talking about common entrance test for admissions to the B.Sc course of aircraft maintenance engineering. I am afraid at least I have not heard of any such CET till now, hence there is no question of cutoff. But, if you are aware of any such CET conducted, I would be very happy to receive information about it from you. The admissions to various colleges offering A.M.E is based on the marks obtained in class 12th. Best wishes for your efforts join aircraft maintenance engineering course.

Aircraft maintenance engineering is basically about repairing, monitoring and replacement of aircraft. For maintaining the aircraft, you first need to know how it works and what the various parts of aircraft are. Jobs in this field are less but are classy means that you will get a very high package if you are at top posts. Government jobs are also available on in this field.

The eligibility for seeking admission in aircraft maintenance engineering course is 10 + 2 in physics chemistry and math. As you had done your Diploma after plus two stages you are definitely eligible for this and yes wearing spectacles or glasses does not debar you from taking admission and even subsequently working on the aircraft as a maintenance engineer. Best wishes to you.
