Eligibility for the course that you are asking is 10+2 with PCM. I suppose you must be having this qualification. Hence, you are eligible.

AME enables you to obtain license from DGCA to work as maintenance person on passenger aircraft operated by airlines. This does not get you the degree of engineering. For ME, one needs to do graduation in engineering first.

Admissions to your desired course are based on marks of 12th and have no relation with diploma. You must apply or rather talk to them on telephone to know about details.
