Good day, Rakesh Verma. You should absolutely consider obtaining a DGCA licence for service and maintenance, in my opinion. With your IAF experience, you may without a certain obtain this licence. Visit the DGCA website to SEE for yourself how many exams you must take and what coursework must be completed in order to obtain this licence. I wish you well.

You can therefore pursue an M.Sc. In this field after graduation. However, it is not a degree in engineering. After earning your M.Sc. , you can apply for admission to the M.Tech. Programme. Okay?
