Hi Naveen, this will depend on the job profile you are looking for. If you want to join as a cabin crew, many courses are offered by institutes like Frank Finn etc. Alternatively, if you are looking for ground staff duties, you may look for aviation management programs. For CPL, you have to be a class 12th PCM with good grades. See here for options and decide as per your interest.
