Airlines do not expect you to come trained by some outside agency and immediately start delivering after joining them. Most or may be all the jobs in Aviation require certain amount of precision and time management. Some airlines or operators look for economy and some others worry about the time. Hence, candidates holding basic educational qualification are also accepted for 60% of roles in Aviation. The operator than provides a training which is as per their standards. All the best.
