No, they are not the same. Though they might have a lot in common. Aviation course has a larger context compared to airport management.
Air hostess, pilots, aeronautical engineering all comes under aviation. Even airport management comes under Aviation.
Airport management involves the ground team, ATC, security, services, etc.
