I would not suggest you to opt for MBA specialising in a particular sector. Aviation, in particular has a long gestation period. This means if it gets stuck in a bad period, the revival might take a long time. Being from commerce background, you may opt for finance specialisation. This will help to advance in your career.

Talking about scope and career prospects, it is safe to say that in the near future, Aviation sector is all set to grow even more.
