No, MBA at AKS University does not need a CAT exam to secure admission into the programme. The admissions in MBA programme at AKS University take place through the CUET-PG exam. Candidates who want to secure admission to AKS University MBA programme should appear for CUET-PG and not the CAT exam.Along with a valid CUET-PG score, candidates should also have a 50% minimum aggregate score secured in their graduation. The candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria are the ones who are eligible to apply for admission to the MBA programme at the university.

The curriculum of MBA at AKS University helps students get a comprehensive understanding of different concepts of marketing, finance, and management. The MBA programme is two years long and the course material spans over four semesters. Comparing the tuition fees of IMS Indore and AKS University, we will find that the tuition fees of both universities are quite similar. The tuition fee of IMS Indore is INR 1.45 lakh – INR 1.98 lakh, whereas, the total tuition fee for AKS University is INR 1.42 lakh – INR 2 lakh.Even though the total tuition fees of both universities are quite similar, the average salary package in 2023 saw a big difference. There are no placement reports for MBA released by AKS University but as per Shiksha student reviews, the average salary for the year 2023 for AKS University MBA is INR 7 lakh which is higher than the average salary offered in placements of both IMS Indore and School of Management.Placement statistics 2023 of IMS Indore and School of Management show that both the colleges had somewhat similar average salaries offered. In IMS Indore’s case, it was INR 5 Lakh while the average salary offered in the School of Management was INR 5.5 lakh.
