You didn't mention which course do you want to join. For MBA, University will conduct entrance examination in the month of April last week or May . Prior to that you should apply for particular course you wish to join. You can apply either offline or online mode. For offline mode you should come to university for application form. For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. Both are best for MBA, even University of Madras is also best in terms of distance education. There cannot be any comparison between Alagappa and Annamalai as both are best.
