Selection Process : Through NEET of registered candidates only.
Qualifying Examination: Senior Secondary (XII Standard) / Intermediate Examination with Science (Physics, Chemistry
and Biology) or its equivalent examination having not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit : Not less than 17 years as on 31st December in the year of admission.

No, you cannot get admission in AMU until you give the test conducted by AMU Administration. In this case, you are required to give the paper of AMUEEE then apply for admission.

The cutoff for Kamil-e-Tib-o-Jarahat (BUMS or Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) is different every year as the competition gets stronger.
In the Ist counselling the candidates who had applied for admission to BUMS programme of Jamia Hamdard and secured marks between 350 and above, in NEET 2017 were required to appear in Counseling.
In the IInd counselling the candidates who had applied for admission to BUMS programme of Jamia Hamdard and secured marks between 325 to 349 in NEET 2017 were required to appear in Counseling.
