There is no clear evidence to suggest that AIIMS Mangalagiri offers better placements than AIIMS Delhi. While AIIMS Mangalagiri is a newly established institute, AIIMS Delhi has been in existence for several decades and has a well-established reputation for providing quality medical education and research. However, AIIMS Mangalagiri has been ranked among the top 10 AIIMS in India and has a good placement record, with an average package of around INR 10 LPA. On the other hand, AIIMS Delhi has a strong alumni network and is known for producing some of the best doctors in the country. It is also one of the most sought-after medical colleges in India, with a highly competitive admission process. Therefore, both institutes have their strengths and weaknesses, and the choice between the two would depend on individual preferences and priorities.

AIIMS Delhi is considered the best AIIMS college in India for placements.  In 2022, 520 out of 693 UG and PG students were placed at AIIMS Delhi.  The median salary for the 3-year UG programme was INR 12,00,000 and the median salary for the 4-year UG programme was INR 25,00,000.  In 2021, over 75% of students who completed their MBBS course at AIIMS Delhi secured a job. The average salary package offered was INR 18 LPA. AIIMS Gorakhpur offers compulsory internships to UG and PG-level students. AIIMS Gorakhpur graduates are also highly sought after by hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
