It totally depend on JOSAA counselling. You may get NIT-Allahabad, but IIIT-Hyderabad is best. IIIT is among all the IIITs, so you cannot get it.

Based on UPSEE, you don't get admission in MNNIT. For getting admission in MNNIT, you have to give JEE. May be you can get admission in KNIT.
