Internships are pretty tight situations in an institute. Usually Goldman Sachs, Directi, Qualcomm visit with internship offers. Usually, students use their network, colleges' network to get internships in various fields. For permanent jobs, over 70 companies visit the campus. Placements take place from July in the final year until the end. Firms like TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, ZS Associates, Oracle, Samsung, etc. visit campus and recruit in heavy numbers from Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, IT and in small numbers from other fields. Jobs in fields such as Civil, Mechanical are little difficult and depend mostly on the market

It doesn't matter if a place is good or bad for studying. It's just that you have to study properly and try to improve that place by conducting workshop, seminar, conference and many more activities.
Delhi University is good for B.Com but not all colleges.
