Hi,
First of all, I think the fact that IMS Law College is comparatively new and a private college gives an edge to Faculty of law, Allahabad University which is a centralised government university. Now, let us discuss pros and cons of both colleges. Pros of Faculty of law, Allahabad University are the faculty and alumni basis which includes many chief justice of India and prominent lawyers. Another pro is the fact that you can intern with some phenomenally well lawyer in Allahabad high court and if you are going for litigation, it can be a good choice. Hi,
Both the colleges that you have mentioned are no doubt very good colleges altogether but if you ask for my suggestion, I would go for Faculty of Law, Allahabad University over Asian Law College, Noida. This is because the faculty for law at the Allahabad University has a very well experienced law faculty and also it is a quite old college and has produced some great lawyers and judges. Thus, this college has kept a good record and thus the education imparted here at this Faculty of Law is very good.

Well, there is no placement division in the Faculty of Law, Allahabad University and thus no provision of in house placement is there.
A student graduating from there needs to be on his own for placements purposes, and thus he has to choose his own path.
As a trend, most of the graduates there prefer preparing for judiciary or UPSC or PCS exams.
Also, many prefer practicing under senior lawyers.
No law firm or corporate house takes graduates from the university after graduation, thus a scope in that sense is less and student has to be on his own.
