I will advise you to go for AIMS rather than Alliance because AIMS not only prepare students for campus placements, but they also help students to become an entrepreneur as they have an entrepreneur cell in the college. Academically, AIMS is better as they help students to get their goals. There is a placement cell which helps students to get their dream job in reputed companies with good salary packages.

Christ University (Institute of Management Studies) has a better ranking among the MBA colleges in India as compared to Alliance University. Average placement, infrastructure, ROI, and student and faculty ratio is another important factor. Christ has a good brand name among MBA colleges in Bangalore. Yes a lot. Almost all the top banks offer loans to Alliance B-School as it is a reputed one. They will provide scholarships for meritorious students. University having more than 6 category for scholarships, they have tie-up with banks also for the student loan. No scholarship from the college side, take it from the bank. Education loan from bank in feasible interest, interest starts once we finishes the course and then we can start repaying the amount.

Placement is said to be really good here. MBA is for 13.5L here, the profit point here is there is no difference in PGDM and MBA, all are given the same preference. So placements are good as all the top companies come here with good package. Taking up the job is upto you.

PGDM - HR is available but in Alliance if your doing your PGDM you need to select a major and a minor specialization. Education loans is provided by all the banks for Alliance University.
