Hi Sanket, both the college comes under alliance university, whereas alliance business school is located at main campus which is away from city that 25 km and ascent college is city campus, placement wise alliance business school is best, but most of the top faculties are same for both college, alliance business school fees is around Rs 14lakhs where as ascent college is around Rs 8 lakhs.

Alliance School of Business is affiliated to Alliance University, and Alliance School is having the MBA in Bangalore and fully oriented to business studies and management, but PES is a technical university and their main orientation is towards technical side.
