Alva's College Admission Process

Alva’s College offers four Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, i.e., BCom-General, BCom in Professional, BCom with Computer Application & BCom with Tax Procedure which is spread over three years and consists of six semesters. The Dept also facilitated students to pursue professional courses such as CA, CS by providing coaching for the exams at various levels like CPT/CA Foundation, IPCE/Inter,  CS Foundation & Executive,  IBPS -Bank Exam coaching etc.

No, the selection criteria for the course is merit-based + PI. The college provides a full-time, three-year BSc course. The BSc degree is offered by Mangalore University. To enrol for this course, candidates should meet the last educational qualification set by the college. Students should pass Class 12 to meet the eligibility for BSc admission.

It is a three-year course spread over six semesters at Alva's College followed by a personal interview. The course degree is offered through Mangalore University. It is a specialised course which provides the quickest entry to the IT industry. It also caters for the need of IT-enabled services, banks, BPOS, KPOS and various requirements of the public and private sector.

To get admission to the BCA course at Alva's College, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed Class 12 in the relevant stream. Admission to this course is merit-based followed by a PI round. Candidates who do not meet the last educational qualification set by the college are not eligible for BCA admission.
