AME CET Centres

AME CET centre authorities closes the gates half an hour to 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Hence, candidates must reach well in advance to avoid a last-minute rush. Applicants are advised to visit their AME CET exam centre in advance to avoid the rush of the last day.  

No, the AME CET authorities will not arrange for travel and accommodation, and it must be done by the candidate or his/her family. Candidates are advised to choose AME CET exam centre carefully to avoid any difficulty on the exam. 

Ideally, the candidates should not be carrying any personal belongings to the AME CET centre. However, in case they do not have anyone to accompany who can take care of their belongings, they may request the AME CET 2024 centre authorities to deposit the personal belongings for the test duration. However, the responsibility of those would lie with the candidates.   

There are a few states or Union Territories that are not enlisted by the AME CET authorities for the AME CET 2024 centre location. In such a scenario, candidates must select two cities from the Neighbour state to appear for the exam. Applicants are advised to choose their exam city preference carefully.   

No, the AME CET 2024 centres do not have any provision to accommodate the candidates’ parents or any other accompanying members for the candidates during the exam duration. They may wait outside the centre or come back later after AME CET 2024 is over. 

For candidates residing in cities such as Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad or Haryana, they have to select Delhi/NCR as the preferred city for AME CET 2024 centre. Applicants must note that authorities will not entertain any requests to change AME CET exam centre after the conclusion of registration process.   

Once the AME CET centre 2024 is allocated, it will not be possible to change the centre location. However, in case of an emergency or urgent situation, candidates may request the authorities, but the final decision or discretion to change the centre will be with the AME CET 2024 authorities. 

The exam authority mentions the AME CET exam centre list in the official notification. Applicants appearing in the exam must note that AME CET 2024 exam is conducted across 43 cities across India. Applicants must fill their AME CET exam centre preference when filling the application form.
