Yes, it is true that you would get the opportunity to study abroad for the last semester and for this you have to apply for the MBA 3C program that is MBA (3 CONTINENT-UK,USA,INDIA) where college would take you for various industrial visits and you would get the exposure about the lifestyle of that country .Therefore you can make contacts with industries and apply for the job in their companies without having much hurdles. College also ensures about your security and your accommodation.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in this college for IB with this much aggregate but you also need to clear interview for the selection because as you have only got 45 percentile in CAT. So, in that case, you can apply for the selection exam which amity university takes before interview which carries basic questions as you get in your CAT exams. I would suggest you to go for that exam as it would become more easier for you to get seat in this course.

Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.

According to Amity university admission guidelines you should have 50% in graduation to apply in MBA programme whether you have good GMAT/CAT/MAT score or not.
If you can provide me your short introduction than I would try to suggest you some other courses.
