For Polytechnic 2nd year admission, a candidate must have done ITI of 2 years. Then, there is a chance of admission through lateral entry.
But, I'll prefer you to go through the normal students as a direct entry as in this college is no importance for the lateral entry students.

Yes, you can. But, for that you have to pay some extra fees as through management quota only. This can be possible, and hence they charge you extra fees.

Yes, it is good but prepare yourself for placements on the basis of your skills, don't depends on the college. No one can predict the situation after 4 years. So don't worry about the placement.

No, You cannot further proceed without appearing in AmityJEE
But, there would be another entrance for you which you have to give and then you can proceed further.
