Hi,
Yes, you are eligible for Bachelors degree of mass communication and journalism.
The college should be chosen with care because your degree needs a wide platform and exposure.LPU is a college I know which gives work experience in the college to its students and the links it has, gives good placements too. Similarly is St Xavier's Bombay which gives wide opportunities to its students. So check the academic excellence of the college as well as the scholarship slabs it offers and choose your college.
Browse through the websites of some good college to know the details.

There is no need to worry about Amity's internal entrance test. It is somewhat general and common for all the streams (except STEM background). You need to be prepared for fundamental concepts on journalism, English and mass media. You may expect some basic (class 10th level) Maths also. For PI round, hold good command on English, body language, and you are done. You may not get the question paper for this because, these question papers are self made. Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Good Luck.
