Amity University, Gwalior is passionate about creating an amiable, sociable and healthy environment for the students of the university, as a result of which two gymnasiums are located in the heart of the campus i.e hostels. University has two separate gyms for the girls and the boys each. The richly equipped space have been designed to provide unrivaled experience for the students whether they need a place to unleash themselves or they are to undertake a whole body workout. The mission of the staff is to help the students discover the strength they are build up of, the energies they can channel, the efforts they can put and how hard can they go before giving in to the weights. The atmosphere ensures that exercise is a thrilling activity and not a burdening compulsion that a student needs to sweat through. The constructive sweating remains one of the most satisfying aspects of the Amity education group that has been shaped into a quality workout space.

The festivals held at university are a feast to the hearts and heads of the youth. These fests have something to offer for everyone. They encourage students to think beyond boundaries and break the chains of limited perspectives. Be it dance, music, quiz, photography, academic, literary events or participating and showcasing talent in a cultural extravaganza or putting forth students competitive spirit through sports, festivals at Amity have it all. The major objective behind the festivals is for the students to reach out and enhance their skillset. Students perform in various events where they exhibit the attitude that sets them apart, they breathe life into their expression, they hone their individuality and compete with a true sense of a fighter and not a competitor. Apart from games and events nurturing artistic talent, festivals at Amity Gwalior also bears a witness to various workshops held with an intent of making learning fun with the latest technologies and top-notch instructors. Python programming: To develop students into PYTHON experts, tricks and tools from the best in class instructors were taught. Theatre workshop: Theatre workshop was aimed at getting out the best in students from the students. Zumba workshop: Made students groove to the beats of salsa, flamenco and music and dance as a workout. Self defence: Help students master the art and Science of self defiance and taught how to defend themselves
