Amity University, Mumbai Admission Process

Admission to BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Additionally, the university also accepts CUET UG score for providing admission to BCA course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Maths/ Computer Science/ Information Practice/ Computer Applications/ Multimedia & Web Technology/ Data Management/ Application/ Web Application (provision of a bridge course in Maths available for non-Maths background applicants) can apply for the BCA course. Candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BCA course. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. 

Admission to Amity University Mumbai BBA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants can also get admission through CUET UG score. For admission to BBA International, the university conducts an English test followed by a PI round. Additionally, aspirants who have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for BBA Banking & Finance and BBA General. Candidates must pass Class 12 with at least 55% aggregate for all other BBA specialisations. Candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BBA course. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. .

The selection for BTech course is based on national or state-level Engineering entrance exam or AMCAT score. Amity Mumbai also accepts CUET UG or JEE Main score for admission to all BTech specialisations, except 3 Continent and CSE International.Additionally, aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility requirements for admission to BTech course. A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech course. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with PCM/ Biology with at least 60% aggregate can apply for BTech in Biotechnology. Candidates must pass Class 10 & Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate and PCM with at least 55% aggregate to apply for BTech CSE International.Those passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BTech course.

Amity University Mumbai admissions starts from January every year. Aspirants can begin by registration of their course of choice. The application fee is waived off for admission at Amity Mumbai.Selection rounds: The university conducts its own entrance exam, AMCAT for shortlisting candidates. If you want to take admission in Amity University for mass media and communication, you need to clear class 10+2 with 60% marks. You will have to take an entrance test conducted by the university. The entrance test is an essay test followed by an interview round.
If you have secured 80+ aggregate in class XII (CBSE/ISC/state boards) need not appear for the selection process. You can apply directly and get admission on the basis of the admission form only.
You have a combined course in UG that is BA (J&MC) that is Journalism and Mass communication and PG courses are MA (Film, TV & Radio), MA (Media Studies) and MA (J&MC).
