Hi Venkata Rama, In AMITY NOIDA campus scholarship will be provided only on basis of Amity JEE (entrance exam conducted by amity university) they won't provide scholarship on the basis of 10+2 marks while in all other campuses of Amity university in India scholarship will be give if you secure more than 93% in your 10+2.

All of them are quite good Institutes but to be specific, in my opinion you should opt for VIT for Engineering. CSE is a non-core branch and if you work hard a bit, you can land into getting a good job as compared to the core branches.
